Naturally healthy white meat nourishment in a hypo-allergenic food
The healthy white meat goodness of turkey.

Dogs thrive on wholesome foods, which need to be easy to digest to make sure that the
full nutritional benefit is gained. So we take totally natural, unrefined ingredients
and cook them gently so as not to lose their goodness.
Rice is the most easily digested cereal, so our recipe contains nourishing brown and
pearl rice. For energy we add oats, using a special huskless variety which can be ground
whole, to maintain the natural goodness. And we include pure linseed which, like oats,
is rich in linolenic acid for a glossy, healthy coat. Seaweed and alfalfa provide
essential nutrients and help ensure that Turkey & Rice Kibble contains all the vitamins
and minerals a dog needs. And for ultimate dog appeal, we smother the food in our special
recipe turkey gravy. Delicious!
The healthy goodness of white meat.
Vets know that white meat is ideal because it's very gentle on the digestive system.
The nutrients are very easily absorbed, so your dog gets the most nourishment from them.
Turkey is a better white meat choice than chicken because some dogs are known to have
already developed a chicken hypersensitivity. A sensitivity to turkey is highly unlikely
because our Turkey & Rice Kibble is Britain's first dog food to be made from pure turkey,
so dogs will not have been over-exposed to it.
Hypo-allergenic food. The healthy option for your dog.
Surprisingly, many other dog food brands actually contain ingredients that can directly
provoke allergies in dogs, making them suffer from loose bowels and skin irritation.
The main culprit ingredients are beef, pork, wheat, wheat gluten and dairy products.
However, for James Wellbeloved food we insist on excluding all those ingredients and
unhealthy additives, so that your dog can avoid the allergies.
This is why our food is called hypo-allergenic. Just by switching to a hypo-allergenic
food you could make a dramatic improvement. Your dog could be fitter, healthier and more
contented.
Turkey & Rice Kibble contains no unhealthy additives.
We make our food with no added BHA, BHT or ethoxyquin artificial preservatives,
but simply natural vitamin E and vitamin C. These are the special anti-oxidant vitamins
now thought to be particularly important in maintaining long-term good health.
We're proud of our ingredients and list them (click on Ingredients and Analysis in right
hand column) without hiding behind secretive categories like "meat and animal derivatives"
or mysterious "E" numbers. Note that we avoid all ingredients known to cause most allergy
problems in dogs: beef, wheat and dairy products.
What other dog foods may contain, but ours does not:
Added colours, flavours or preservatives.
Beef, wheat, wheat gluten or dairy products, the ingredients which cause most food
allergies.
Added sugars.
Bulking ingredients and soya proteins.
The 80% water content that is found in canned food.
3 pack sizes: Available in 2kg bags, 7.5kg and 15kg sacks.
9 varieties: Adult Maintenance, Adult Long-Coated Breeds, Puppy/Performance, Junior/Performance and Senior/Light (8+ years); and in Large Kibble: Large Kibble -Adult, Large Kibble Puppy, Large Kibble Junior, and Large Kibble Light.
ADULT MAINTENANCE:
INGREDIENTS: Rice, turkey meat meal, oats, turkey gravy, whole linseed, sugar beet pulp,
turkey fat, alfalfa, natural seaweed, sodium chloride, calcium carbonate, D,L-methionine,
lysine hydrochloride, threonine, zinc methionate.
CONTAINS: Min. 26% turkey, min. 26% rice, min.19% oats.
TYPICAL ANALYSIS: Protein 21%, Oil 10%, Fibre 4%, Ash 7.5%, Vitamin A 10,000 i.u./kg.
Vitamin D3 1,500 i.u./kg. Vitamin E (Alpha-tocopherol acetate) 150 mg/kg.
Copper (cupric sulphate) 13 mg/kg. With antioxidants: natural vitamin E and vitamin C.5
